1) Leland Faux called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m.
The minutes of November’s Board Meeting were reviewed and approved.
2) Monthly Reports from Staff, Officers, and Committees

Financial statements for November & December 2025 were presented and reviewed
by the Board.

Peta moved to refer questions regarding bridle trails/utility easements to the
Association’s legal counsel for guidance. Motion was approved after discussion.
