Lake Jane Estates is hiring a Park Worker. This is a part time position. This position helps keep our HOA community parks clean and safe.
Position Details
- Must be age 14 or older
- Pay starts at Washington State minimum wage ($17.13/hour). Applicable youth wage rates may apply for employees ages 14–15 in accordance with Washington State law.
- Works under the direction of the Facilities Manager
Duties Include
- Emptying trash cans and replacing liners
- General park cleanup and litter removal
- Dog park maintenance
- Watering and light grounds maintenance
- Cleaning and maintaining community areas including:
- Dog Park
- Beach
- Ball Fields
- Basketball Courts
- Playground Areas
- Assisting with other park-related tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to lift at least 20 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
